Returns and exchange detailsI want you to be satisfied with your purchase. I can be contacted through "Contact Seller" for any questions or concerns.
If there are any problems with your order please contact me. Refunds and exchanges can be done after 3 days of confirmed delivery. You must contact me before returning the item(s). Item must be unused and in the same condition it was sent out, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay return shipping. Both parties must agree to the return. I will gladly do even exchange or refund for the purchase price MINUS the shipping cost. If you do not contact me first (before sending the items back) I am not responsible for refunding the cost of your goods.
*I apologize but I cannot accept returns on customized / personalized items due to the personalized and custom nature of the piece.
*Due to variations in makes and models of computer monitors, colors may slightly different, as they do on your screen.
